The building is made of two main elements: the main body, a 4 - floor parallelepiped used as a hotel, as customs, for catering; and on the other side a single piloty floor housing administration executive offices. The bodies are in a “L” layout so as to form an internal court where the activities of logistics service are carried out. Logistics is located downline in an area interacting with the railway line Milan-Lecco.
